Each day filled with surprises.

Things may come to you and give you all the happiness or headaches.
A problem if you don't overcome it, you will suffer. It just a matter of the way you see things. A problem to you can be an opportunity to someone else.
An opportunist will look for problem solving and strategies to become a better person or even great! Making a mistake is normal to everyone. When you get a memo from your boss, does it mean that he is going to punish you for the whole life? Let's change our paradigm towards others. "Husnu Zhon" not "Suu' Zhon".
Surely, he is actually looking for the best of you. A leader must keep his subordinates on the right track rather than leaving them behind.

The prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:

"Kullukum Ra'in Wa Kullu Ra' in Mas'ulun 'An Ra'iyyatihi"

(All of you are guardians (in trust of something or someone) and are accountable for your flock)

Admitting a mistake is better that pointing fingers to others. Insya Allah, the respect will come to you when you do take the lessons and change.
I would rather love to hear this quotation addressed to me:
"I'm surprised that you had the courage to take the responsibility yourself."
Yes.. a paradigm shift. You might be surprised with all good things come to you!
